As the Executive Chairman of RG Resources Limited, He resides in Ghana since 2011 and strongly engaged in Physical Metals Merchants. He is responsible for overall functioning of RG Resources Ghana Limited. Well and vast experiences in Commodity trading ,

especially Textile and Agro product exports from 1997-2003. In 2002-2010 he was engaged in his private business Akesha Impex in Gold, Copper and Artificial Jewellery. Mr. Vishal Vinod Kothari has experience of over 15 years in the functioning and management of Physical Gold Bullion Trading , Jewellery Trade and has traveled extensively within India and overseas for establishing strong network in the industry.

Vishal Kothari is also consulted by various Gold and Jewellery organizations including government and trade bodies for rendering advice on development of the business. He has been instrumental in setting up production and R&D facilities of the Royal Gold Refinery, AJ Gold and Silver Refinery and has developed several new processes, systems and designs which have been acclaimed by the global jewellery industry. He holds BSc. in Commerce form the University of Mumbai and has taken several management course s and acquired vast experince in Managerial, Finance and Administration.
